“We continually look for ways to be more of an Advocate for the investor,” say’s Vice President Linda Giebelhaus. Seeing so many new investors spending hundreds and even thousands of dollars on books, tapes, seminars and boot camps, and still not making wise investment decisions, or any decisions demonstrated the need to create 4Site Partners. Linda, an active Real Estate Broker in TEXAS and COLORADO knows both markets first-hand. She and her husband Larry along with 4Site Partner Clint Steiner have invested in these markets as well as other markets around the country.
