Our unique process allows our real estate partners to buy a Duplex, Triplex, or Fourplex at pre-construction prices. Typically, our properties are purchased by people interested in what is commonly known as investment or income property.

All of our properties are purchased directly by our partners, some seeking 1031 exchange. That means all loans for construction and permanent financing are always in the property owners name and control. We want all of our real estate partners to feel safe, secure and valued.
